  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) to KONSTRUCTHOR ALL SRL for verification.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur under normal and intended use of the product.
  • Excluded from warranty coverage are damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs or alterations, or other factors not related to the product's manufacturing.
  • Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, KONSTRUCTHOR ALL SRL will promptly replace the defective product(s) with new, equivalent items.
  • The replacement product(s) will be included with your next order, ensuring minimal disruption to your business operations.
  • Replacement products will be shipped to the customer as part of their next order, with the cost of shipping covered by KONSTRUCTHOR ALL SRL.
  • KONSTRUCTHOR ALL SRL will inspect the returned product(s) to determine the cause of the issue. If the product is found to be within warranty terms, it will be replaced accordingly.
